By creating an account or using Roomframe AI (“the app”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. You must be at least 16 years old.
The app is operated by Burhan Boz (individual developer).
Roomframe AI is an AI-powered interior redesign tool. You upload a photo of a room; we run it through third-party AI models and return redesigned versions based on your chosen style, preferences, and optional reference images.
You agree not to:
Violations can result in content removal, account termination, or reporting to authorities where required.
You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the images you generate. We only use them to (1) run the generation pipeline, (2) store them in your gallery, and (3) improve service quality via aggregated, anonymised analytics (see the Privacy Policy).
The app's interface, branding, code, prompts, and model configurations are our intellectual property. You may not copy them.
Annual versions of paid plans are available at a discount; their credits are granted in monthly cycles. New accounts receive a one-time welcome bonus and a limited premium trial. Current prices are always shown in the app before purchase.
One-time credit purchases stack on top of your plan allowance. Pack credits don't expire as long as your account is active. Subscribers receive bonus credits on packs according to their plan.
We'll give 30 days' notice in-app and by email before any price change. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
We route jobs to models hosted on Replicate (current as of July 2026, subject to routine upgrades):
These models and the companies behind them apply their own content-safety policies. When a safety filter blocks an output, we can't override the model. If a model is removed from the catalog, we route affected features to an equivalent replacement.
We can suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, abuse detected by our systems, fraudulent chargebacks, or extended inactivity (2+ years — we'll email first). Upon termination your data enters the 14-day deletion window described in the Privacy Policy. You can close your account any time; no questions asked.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES — EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, USABLE FOR CONSTRUCTION, OR FREE OF ARTEFACTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those places, liability is limited to the minimum the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless you're a consumer protected by mandatory local law.
Informal resolution first: before filing a claim, email support@roomframeai.com with a description of the issue. We commit to a 30-day good-faith resolution attempt.
We may update these Terms. Material changes get at least 14 days' in-app notice. Continuing to use the app after the notice period means you accept the new Terms. If you don't accept, you can cancel.
