Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Roomframe AI (“the app”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. You must be at least 16 years old.

The app is operated by Burhan Boz (individual developer).

2. The Service

Roomframe AI is an AI-powered interior redesign tool. You upload a photo of a room; we run it through third-party AI models and return redesigned versions based on your chosen style, preferences, and optional reference images.

What the app can do

  • Redesign an uploaded room photo in a wide range of interior styles
  • Apply a reference image's aesthetic to your room (Style Transfer, Pro plan)
  • Furnish an empty space from scratch (Empty Room)
  • Change a single object while keeping the rest of the photo (Magic Edit)
  • Redesign outdoor spaces such as patios, gardens and facades (Outdoor Design, Pro plan)
  • Turn a finished design into a short room video (Base and Pro plans)

What the app cannot promise

  • AI output is not architectural advice. Generated images are aesthetic concepts, not construction plans. Don't use them as the sole basis for structural decisions.
  • Results vary. AI models have off days. Occasional artefacts, wrong proportions, or unexpected edits are part of the technology — not a service defect.
  • No guaranteed uptime. We aim for high availability but make no SLA commitment in the current release.

3. Your Account

  • You're responsible for keeping your password safe.
  • One account per person. Don't share credentials.
  • We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, chargeback fraud, or violations of these Terms.
  • You can delete your account any time via Profile → Delete account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload images you don't have the right to use
  • Upload images depicting real people without their consent
  • Upload illegal, pornographic, hateful, violent, or harassing content
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service
  • Use the app to generate content that infringes others' intellectual property
  • Circumvent rate limits, the credit system, or plan restrictions
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free-tier credits

Violations can result in content removal, account termination, or reporting to authorities where required.

5. Content Ownership

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the images you generate. We only use them to (1) run the generation pipeline, (2) store them in your gallery, and (3) improve service quality via aggregated, anonymised analytics (see the Privacy Policy).

Commercial use

  • FREE plan: personal use only; outputs carry a watermark.
  • BASE / PRO plans: you may use generated images for personal and commercial purposes (client presentations, marketing, social media, printed materials).
  • Reselling generated images as a stock library or training dataset is prohibited on all plans.

Our content

The app's interface, branding, code, prompts, and model configurations are our intellectual property. You may not copy them.

6. Subscriptions & Credits

Plans

  • FREE — a free daily credit allowance, shown in the app; outputs watermarked
  • BASE — weekly or annual subscription: credits each billing period, no watermark, room videos
  • PRO — weekly or annual subscription: more credits each billing period, no watermark, room videos, Outdoor Design and Style Transfer

Annual plans are billed once a year; their credits are granted in monthly cycles. New subscribers may be offered a lower price for their first week of Pro Weekly — when an offer applies, the App Store purchase sheet shows it. Credit amounts and current prices are always shown in the app before purchase.

Credit packs

One-time credit purchases stack on top of your plan allowance. Pack credits don't expire as long as your account is active. Subscribers receive bonus credits on packs according to their plan.

Billing

  • All payments are processed by Apple In-App Purchase. We never see your card.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Cancel any time via iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or the in-app “Manage subscription” link.
  • Apple's refund terms apply; we don't process refunds directly — contact Apple Support.

Credit use

  • Credits are consumed when a job succeeds. Failed jobs are refunded automatically.
  • Plan credits are renewed each billing period as described in the app and do not accumulate without limit; pack credits are kept when your plan renews.
  • Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Price changes

We'll give 30 days' notice in-app and by email before any price change. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

7. Third-Party AI Models

We route jobs to third-party AI models hosted on fal.ai — image models for designs (including Google's Nano Banana 2, which also runs Magic Edit) and a video model for room videos — with “Preserve Layout”, background removal and 4K upscaling running on Replicate, and use Anthropic's Claude to analyse your photo and write the design plan so the design fits your room. The specific models change as better ones become available.

These models and the companies behind them apply their own content-safety policies. When a safety filter blocks an output, we can't override the model. If a model is removed from the catalog, we route affected features to an equivalent replacement.

8. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, abuse detected by our systems, fraudulent chargebacks, or extended inactivity (2+ years — we'll email first). Upon termination your data enters the 14-day deletion window described in the Privacy Policy. You can close your account any time; no questions asked.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES — EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATED OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, USABLE FOR CONSTRUCTION, OR FREE OF ARTEFACTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those places, liability is limited to the minimum the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless you're a consumer protected by mandatory local law.

Informal resolution first: before filing a claim, email support@roomframeai.com with a description of the issue. We commit to a 30-day good-faith resolution attempt.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes get at least 14 days' in-app notice. Continuing to use the app after the notice period means you accept the new Terms. If you don't accept, you can cancel.
